The BBC News app brings you the latest, breaking news from our trusted global network of journalists.

Personalise your news offering with My News
Add topics wherever you see the + icon for a quick route straight to the stories you care about.
Stories from topics you add will appear in your personalised My News feed. Here you can order stories by topic or time to stay on top of the news of the day. Topics can be added, removed or re-ordered using the Edit function.

Find content fast
The app can suggest topics based on stories you’ve recently viewed and what’s in the news now.
And you can quickly find topics that interest you using the Search tab. Choose from the familiar list of BBC News indexes such as Business, Technology, Entertainment and Health, or search for your own subjects of interest, whether they’re people, places, things or themes.

Very good app, just as I expected it: all the news in one clic !

Very good application not too long, not too short. Perfect to know the News of the world in live.

Very good App to be among the first informed Good world coverage

Most importantly I find the BBC to be more aware of whats happening in the world than the French news. Generally clear and concise, with some articles a little long winded. Fast updates with easy navigation between chosen subjects. Quite a few auto-correct spelling errors creeping in nowadays, which begs the question, do the authors have the time to check what they are writing ? No sport videos show up here in France, probably a licensing issue. Why cant video be auto-switched to landscape with phone rotation ? Why cant text thats just been updated be put in bold - it would save reading through the whole article to see whats new ? Well Done BBC !

This is a good app. I feel it matches the editorial excellence and global coverage of the BBC. Keep up the good work.

Some bad moments

The application still bugs for more than 24 hours on the same page: check your internet connection. Flips back to beginning of scroll through before I can read the headlines. BBC, you have a good reputation but a rubbish application. Please do something about it, Im not so keen on Reuters but at least its reliable.

It has been bought by Donald Dumb, all news about "great " him!

It takes for ever to load the stories upon first use, please speed the updating process!!!

I listen to the BBC since the 1990s, I didnt have a good enough antena before that. Its now on the Internet, as would say Amazon presenter Jeremy Clarkson. It should be good enough to be working by now, but it doesnt.

Because in the GERMANY-Section, the BBC-App insinute everyday, that all germans are nazis.

BBC app filled 54GB in my phone!!! How is that even possible! The BBC content is second to none, but it seems some complete nonse to wrote their app. Dreadful.
