Lovely app but too undetailed

I definitely enjoy using the app to improve my English and my horizon on whats going on in our world. However I am afraid to not be able to give a 5 star review since I dont like the fact that even articles out of the special topic section like ones focusing on medicine feature a general language on specific topics. That sometimes makes it hard to get the message or to understand the article: (
