バグを発見 invent bug

ニュースを見るときに、Viewを下に下げるとNavBarが上に上がる。文章を読むと長時間このままViewをスクロールせず放置して読むことになる。しかし、ViewをNavBarが上に上がったままにし、スクロールしない時間が20秒を過ぎるとNavBarの上半分のcolorがclearColorとなる。

When read NEWS, NavBar move up by scroll View. if you keep the View that NavBar scroll up at 20s, half of NavBar will become clearColor by scroll View. its big problem because we cannot check button on NavBar
