Very good service with reasonably impartial review

This app was great then one day stopped showing pics I uninstalled it then tried to download again but it keeps refusing to be downloaded. Help me

I would be glad to change my rating when you get the app fixed . I love the bbc news coverage and have been using the app forever then 2 days ago it just stops opening on my iPad no matter how many times I try. It times out and takes me back to my tablet homepage. Its also an I tunes store specific problem because I have the app on my phone from google play and it works fine. Would love to have it fixed and then Ill change my rating but until then I wont recommend it to anyone

Great app. Concise and informative. I like the balanced views. One suggestion, the banner that shows the headers dont seem to match the order of preference in settings.

There are the best news and very well narrated. I always check in the morning and happens to be the only one need it. Why not 5 starts? Well just because you lost perspective only when the Palestinian problem are part of the news. Sorry but its true.

We benefit by receiving our news from more than one source. BBC News is a widely-acclaimed news service that rounds out our view of the news. The app is well laid out and comprehensive. I recommend BBC News to any American that is interested in a well-rounded understanding of issues, especially those beyond our borders.

Ive always enjoyed getting the British view of US & world events from BBC. And the layout/design of this app is a joy to use. It looks beautiful on my iPhone 6 screen.

I have some issues with the app refreshing, but the news content is serious, thorough, and impartiality presented. This is the first place I go to for my news.

Been using BBC for years. Tried and true news around the world.

They listened. We can now have back our old interface via some settings (enable horizontal scroll, set default view to my news). Im extremely happy about this. Thank you for listening, bbc. Also George Urban (another review) was spot on. I love this news because its not American. They are not pushing a candidate down your throat. Completely refreshing when compared to American news sources (cough New York Times)

Not to mention that the BBC covers many stories and locations that are not covered by US news media.

App has much improved, but you cant read content thru ads or graphics that cover actual story text with no way to move them or block them. Ridiculous. To fix this they need code to adjust for Dynamic Text sizing. When I make text smaller (and unreadable for my vision) the problem resolves. How about an accommodation for those of us who must use larger text to be able to read?
